Our classes are designed for all levels as Baptiste designed it to be: vigorous, powerful and transformative. We provide and encourage options for everybody and every body–no matter your age, endurance level, flexibility, weight, size, strength or yoga experience. A Hot Power Vinyasa class, set to a great playlist. Connecting breath to movement within the Journey Into Power Sequence. Energizing, fun, and inspirational. You will tap into your deepest potential and push the limits of what’s possible.​

Vinyasa Basics

Vinyasa basics is great for anyone starting a yoga practice. Vinyasa basics focuses on the fundamental essence of power yoga. Whether this is your first class or you are a seasoned practitioner on the path to mastery, open up to what’s possible. This is a non-heated class.

Warm Slow Flow Vinyasa

Oh so good! This class slows down the vinyasa pace, generates inspiration and vitality. Room temperature 80 degrees.

Warm Strengthen and Lengthen​

Anyone aspiring to gain functional flexibility, core strength, increase balance, power and stamina, improve sport performance, reduce injury risk or active rest and recovery. This effective class integrates movement and breath work to help you excel no matter your sport or ability level.

​YOD (Yoga of the Day/Your Own Determination)

Designed to hit every aspect of your physical fitness, while creating mindfulness, and awareness of your body. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility, coordination. The perfect complement to your physical fitness routine or yoga practice.
