commUNITY GIVE BACK/Snow & Flow: Yoga for Snow Sports

Calling all skiers, snowboards, hockey players, snow shovlers, curlers, ice skaters and everyone whose posture slopes to join us this week! Snow & Flow: Yoga for Snow Sports December 6 at 7 pm is a 60 min class with Gore Mountain’s Professional Ski Instructor and our Baptiste Inspired Yoga Teacher Joani Isabella. Register today! Agility, balance, confidence and focus will help you avoid injuries this snow season. Doing yoga is a great way to build your body strong: thighs, core, open hips and sturdy sense of balance makes a huge difference in the snow!
